 All rules are coated with double sided tape. This feature enables you to directly apply the rules vertically or horizontally to the impression cylinder. The diagram above shows just how simple it is to use our perforating products. Thompson's perforating products are simply applied to a clean impression cylinder. After transferring a guideline to the cylinder cut off the required amount of rule and expose the adhesive coating. Apply the rule on your guideline and then overlay the rule with furnished tape. Once the rule is secured on the impression cylinder it is advisable to adjust the pressure between the impression and blanket cylinders until your desired printing and perforating results are obtained. |
